Bed super comfy with all amenities you could wish for. The room was upgraded and was simply stunning. We were accompanied to the room and everything was explained and pointed out to us. Fantastic as it meant we could get a rest before finding the pool. We arrived very early at 8.30am and they had a room ready for us. We were given a welcome drink whist checking in.

Check in was very efficient and hassle free. From the moment you pull up on the forecourt your are treated with a smile and treated like royalty. I have to say the service at Grosvenor House is top notch. She helped out when I had bother reserving seats with British Airways. She makes bookings for restaurants and is always efficient and she remembers your name. She always has a smile and is fast and efficient and remembers just how you like a drink even the glass type you prefer. The service in club lounge (level 5) is amazing. You get breakfast included and afternoon tea from 12.30 in club lounge and drinks and cocktails from 6-8pm with canapés. You get picked up from the airport by the hotel in a beautiful car and given cold towels and ice cold water. We had club lounge benefits, this is definitely great value. The service and staff at the pool bar in tower 1 are a delight I have to mention Jestin, Priyesh, Ragesh, Pabel, Indu and Ravi. The cocktails at the pool bar are delicious. The the lifeguard Freddy was very efficient and always had a smile. This second visit this year and our 4th time staying here. Stayed at Grosvenor House 30 July for 5 days.
